For the processing of personal data required in order to comply with the agreement between the CANDIDATE and the Website owner, application shall be given to article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) of the GDPR. This shall also apply to the processing requirements needed to implement pre-contractual measures. Whenever processing of personal data is required to comply with a legal obligation by which the Website owner is bound, application shall be given to article 6 paragraph 1 letter c) of the GDPR as a legal foundation. If the processing is needed in order for the Website owner or a third party to protect a genuine interest (for instance, to check adherence to the legal texts of this website by the user), application shall be given to article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the GDPR as a legal foundation for the processing, except where the interests, fundamental rights and basic freedoms of the interested party prevail.

C) Privacy Policy for COMPANIES

The data you send using the contact details shown on this website shall be processed by the Website owner solely for the purposes you indicate, and in order to allow us to verify that you are adhering to the legal texts of this website. Essentially, it is processed for the following purposes:

ii. To make a payment to publish offers and be able to conduct searches in the database for CANDIDATES in order to select said CANDIDATES.

iii. To also receive information about developments, promotions and offers (jobs, training opportunities or events) even via electronic means.

iv. To verify your adherence to the Terms and Conditions of Use for COMPANIES, the GENERAL Terms and Conditions of Use and this Privacy Policy for COMPANIES, and to allow us to verify that you have been informed about.

Your data should be accurate and up-to-date at all times. To this end, you should keep us informed about any changes to your data.

Inasmuch as the COMPANY authorises various users, the COMPANY assures that it has informed them beforehand about the processing of their data in the manner and according to the limits set out in the Terms and Conditions of Use for COMPANIES, the GENERAL Terms and Conditions of Use and this Privacy Policy for COMPANIES, and to allow us to verify that they have been informed about. This also applies in relation to data about contact individuals provided by the COMPANY to the Website owner for the purposes of monitoring the contractual relationship, including the data about the signatories thereof and for the purposes of enabling the Website owner to verify that the signatories are duly represented with respect to the COMPANY.

If we process personal data belonging to employees of the COMPANY, the legal foundation is a genuine interest pursuant to article 6 paragraph 1 p. 1 f) of the EU’s General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter, “GDPR”). The genuine interest is based on performing the business activity of the Website owner and the business activity of the COMPANY as a client. There is not a conflict of interest with regard to the interested party because from the standpoint of the contractual relationship with the client it is necessary to process data on the context of employment relationships existing with the interested party. To this end, we shall retain the personal data for the same time for which the agreement is in effect and during the mandatory periods of any applicable legal responsibilities.

Whenever the Website owner requests authorisation from the interested party in order to collect his data for the purposes of processing, application shall be given to article 6 paragraph 1 letter a) of the GDPR. For the processing of personal data required in order to comply with the agreement between the COMPANY and the Website owner, application shall be given to article 6 paragraph 1 letter b) of the GDPR with regard to the individuals mentioned above. This personal data belonging to the interested party shall be retained for as long as the respective purpose is applicable. Notwithstanding what is stated in this Policy, we shall process your data throughout the entire contractual relationship and delete it as soon as the respective legal responsibilities have expired. We will adapt to the user account configuration you have chosen. The legal foundation for this is your concurrence pursuant to article 6 paragraph 1 p. 1 of the GDPR.

Said data shall not be used for other purposes or assigned to third parties (unless you expressly allow this, for instance, to CANDIDATES or other companies), nor shall any international transfer be effected whatsoever (unless you expressly allow this, for instance, to CANDIDATES or companies located outside the European Economic Area), notwithstanding any additional aspect we report on whereby your data may subsequently need to be processed based on your request, for which you will be duly informed prior to any such processing. We will not make automated decisions or prepare profiles using the data. We will uphold our duty to secrecy, applying pertinent security measures to the data and we shall retain the data for as long as necessary in order to deal with your requests and on the basis of the legal foundation we abide by for the processing of your data and, in any event, it shall be duly encrypted during the mandatory period of our responsibilities.

Inasmuch as the legal foundation for the processing of your personal data is only your consent, you may withdraw such consent at any time without this affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent provided prior to the withdrawal. In other cases, the processing shall be restricted to the respective legal foundation.

If we receive your objection to being sent advertising for promotional purposes, we shall include your personal data (name, address, telephone number, fax number and email address) on a blocking list, whereby we guarantee that you will not be sent any more unwanted advertising from us. The legal foundation is a genuine interest by virtue of article 6 paragraph 1 letter f) of the GDPR, whereby the genuine interest entails our obligation to respect your objection. To this end, the data shall be stored until to have expressly given your objection in writing.

You may exercise your right to access, rectify, delete, limit and object to the use of your data and to data portability, and not be subject to automated decisions, by writing to the Data Protection Department of the Website owner or by phoning +34 902 366 445 or sending a written letter to Turijobs Tourism Services, S.L.U, at the offices located at Plaza Europa 9-11, Torre Inbisa, Planta 22, 08908, L’Hospitalet de Llobregat (Barcelona), where we will assist you in exercising your rights) by duly identifying yourself and in accordance with the limits established by current regulations. Turijobs has the right, but is under no obligation to also publish the job advert elsewhere, in particular on sites of partners of Turijobs, or to make appropriate links to sites of third parties. This is an additional and voluntary service provided by Turijobs. No additional costs will be incurred by the customer for this.

The customer is aware that it cannot be ruled out completely given the current state of technology that the job adverts published on the websites of Turijobs and its partners are copied, linked to and/or published by other Internet providers, disguised as their own offer with the help of frames. Turijobs will endeavour, within the realms of what is technically and legally possible, to prevent any copying, linking and/or framing in the above sense. The customer makes all necessary declarations of consent to this end with the placement of its advertisement order. Any unauthorised publication or any unauthorised linking and/or framing by a third party will not establish the right for the customer to make any claims against Turijobs.

In order to improve the quality of the advert across all devices, Turijobs reserves the right to change the layout of the advert accordingly.

At the customer’s request, Turijobs will activate a button in the job advertisements that is labeled “Apply Now” or similar. Depending on the customer’s selection, this button can either link to a page named by the customer or to a standardized application form operated by Turijobs on its platforms, with which the applicants can submit the data requested through the form to the customer’s specific account in the applicant administration in the Turijobs Customer Center.

With regard to CANDIDATES’ data that the COMPANY receives from the Website owner, which shall be limited to the purpose of selecting and ultimately employing the CANDIDATE, as well as for training and attending any events, whether by means of the free trials or the offline products/services taken out by the COMPANY which shall also be limited to their respective terms and conditions and, in any event, shall generally be subject to the Terms and Conditions of Use for the COMPANY, as well as to GENERAL Terms and Conditions of Use, the COMPANY also undertakes as follows:

2. To inform the CANDIDATE about the assignment of his data by the Website owner to the COMPANY and all the content of sections 1, 2 and 3 of article 14 of the GDPR within a period of one month pursuant to the provisions of article 14 of the GDPR, once the personal data has been obtained by the COMPANY (i.e., in the disclosure of data).

3. Any other different processing of the data assigned by CANDIDATES (i.e., limited to the purpose of selecting and ultimately employing the CANDIDATE, as well as for training and attending any events) shall be in accordance with the respective legal foundation not covered by this assignment, in other words, by the foundation set out in article 6 of the GDPR.

4. If the interested party notifies the COMPANY of his wish to exercise – with respect to the Website owner – his rights to access, rectify, delete, object to or limit the processing of data and not be subject to an automated decision, the COMPANY shall serve notice of this on Website owner in a timely fashion.

5. In the event of a breach of security in the COMPANY potentially affecting the Website owner specifically, the COMPANY shall immediately report this circumstance to the Website owner.
